I don't think you can stack coupons there, usually it's one code per order. So you'd have to pick which discount is better.

Pretty sure they don't allow stacking. Tried it once with a Black Friday deal and a points redemption, only one applied. Best to use the highest value one.

Trying to decide between Elecrow and JLCPCB for a small PCB run. Anyone have experience with both? Which one's better for a hobbyist budget?

For small hobbyist stuff, both are pretty good. JLCPCB can sometimes be slightly cheaper for just bare PCBs, but Elecrow's assembly service is competitive if you need that done too.

I've used Elecrow for PCBs and their quality was solid. Never tried JLCPCB personally but hear good things. Elecrow's component sourcing has saved me a headache or two before.

I think those 'first order' discounts are usually for the retail products, like the STEM kits or components. PCB services usually have their own specific coupons, often for prototyping.

Nah, from what I remember, the coupons for manufacturing services are almost always separate from the product ones. You'd need a specific PCB assembly coupon.
